Bath and Body Works

Today my boyfriend and I went out and about for a while just looking around the mall and such, and we stumbled across the Bath and Body Works Hello, Yellow Sale! So they are taking a BUNCH of their products and marking from 50%-75% off because they are getting new packaging for some of their products! So my FAVORITE line of theirs is the Aromatherapy line... I absolutely love the eucalyptus spearmint scent (stress relief) but I already have EVERYTHING from that line times 2! Unfortunately it looks like I should have waited to splurge my money on that until today because I did their buy 3 get 3 free deal and today it was all 50% off. Whatever! So I decided to go for my second favorite line of their's... The True Blue Spa line... I won a basket from a baby shower I attended not too long ago that had some things from that line in it... Sample sized for body care and full sized foot care. But I used all my body care samples up, so I decided today was the perfect day to get full sized! Yayy!

So I really needed an exfoliating scrub because the one I have and use totally sucks and is almost out anyway... So I got the 'There's The Rub' sea salt body scrub...(Salt Glow With Natural Sea Salt) 24oz for $12! Yayy! I haven't used any of the products yet, but at the store I tried the salt scrub and it make my hands REALLY soft! So I am super excited to use it soon (:

Next is the 'Too Shea' 100% Shea Butter Balm which is to be used after the 'There's The Rub'... again, tried this at the store after I washed my hands... Silky smooth! Ohhh LALA! (: The only down side to this is that it is verrrry thick.. I am afraid to use too much because it is super thick and I don't want to look like a stick of butter when I am done! But other than that, PERFECT! 3.5oz for $8.75!

NEXXXT! 'Shave The Day'... Bet you can't guess what this is for...(Silky Smooth Shave Cream With Shea Butter) I needed a new shaving cream and I like shaving products that AREN'T foamy because I feel like I waste a lot more when I get foamy shaving creams... This is a lotion-like consistency which I have never tried before ... Unless it's like a gel and I just didn't notice when I opened it up! I can't wait to use this because my shaving cream now is starting to get old. 7.5oz for $6!

Last but not least! 'Lay It On Thick'... (Intense Moisture Body Cream With Shea Butter)... See a pattern here? This is the THICKEST lotion-like cream body lathering STUFF I have ever had. And I LOVE IT! Just like the Shea Butter you have to be careful when applying it because of how thick it is and I am not trying to look like a big ol' grease ball, but this is also to be applied after any shea butter product! I pretty much got this because it looked cute in the short and chubby packaging (: 6oz for $7.50!

First Post-Newbie!

Hello everyone!

My name is Anne and I am new to the whole blogging/vlogging, etc. world... I also have a relatively new addiction to make up and beauty things... Anything beauty; make up, skin care, hair care, etc... So I don't know too much right now, but I am willing to learn anything there is to know and use other people's knowledge in these areas of the world! I love to meet new people and I also love reading other people's beauty blogs and watching people's youtube videos about make up and beauty! I have been watching a lot of youtube videos posted from makeup gurus and even just people like me who aren't makeup artists or anything like that... Anyway! I love the things people have to say about their favorite make up products and things... Because I have just found my love for makeup and beauty... I don't have a huge make up collection yet. But I am trying to get there!

So far my make up collection consists mainly of random eyeshadow palettes, some blushes and one or two bronzers... I have an over-obsession with lipgloss and have soooo many and am always looking for more! Because I am a student and need to watch my spendnings I haven't been able to expand my collection as quickly as I would like to... but I am trying!

I know everyone loves MAC, as do I! But I don't have a lot of money to spend there right now and I also don't have too much time to go out to the MAC stores in my area. BUT I have found some 'high-end' make up brands that I like more than others... for example, I really like Urban Decay eyeshadows and I love Lancome foundations and lip glosses. I also like Lorac and Smashbox! So... I pretty much like every makeup brand I have tried so far... Obviously I like some products for some brands and I dislike certain products from some brands. I really like NYX lipglosses and single eyeshadows also! (:

Ok, so since I'm sure no one really cares all that much about all that at the moment since you're just getting to know me... I will stop rambling now!

Ask me any questions you please and I will answer to the best of my ability (: If you have any tips for me or any recommendations for new make up to pick up any try, let me know! What I REALLY need for my collection is makeup brushes. I have like 4... and they all suck! So help a sister out over here! Let me know your favorite makeup brushes!
